Charles E. Uhrig 's Biography

When you meet Charlie Uhrig, you immediately sense that that your time with him is an opportunity to work with a true professional in the real estate business.  Receiving his Nevada Broker-Salesman license in 1987, Charlie combines 28 years of knowledge and experience with a clients needs, always delivering exceptional service and professionalism.  Forthright, well prepared and bringing an array of finely honed skills to the table, it is Uhrig's belief that success is most often achieved through sound planning, well thought out advice, and open lines of communication.  “I listen very attentively and try to put myself in the client's shoes to identify their core wants and needs".  Although he strongly represents his clients interests, Charlie works very well with other agents and navigates his transactions smoothly.     

As a 5th generation Nevadan, Charlie’s roots go back to the days of the Comstock Lode.  The old family home on Pine Cone Circle known as "Twin Top" was built in 1941 and has become the family legacy.  Truly timeless, Twin Top happens to be located on old Mill Creek campsite where his great, great grandfather once worked!  Charlie has early memories of the 1950's that predate Crystal Bay Development, Boise Cascade, the Ponderosa Ranch and Incline Village as we know it.
