As a Tahoe resident for over 22 years, Jim is confident that he can help anyone find what they desire most in Tahoe. “There is something for everyone. If you are like most, you are attracted by the lifestyle that is a part of our mountain community. For me, Tahoe has always been my fitness playground just outside my back door.” After owning and operating Tahoe's largest fitness club for the past 10 years, Jim re-entered the Real Estate field with a new enthusiasm. “My involvement with community organizations such as the Kiwanis Sunrisers has further engaged me with the community and those that make it a better place to live. Jim quite intentionally has spent his real estate years with this firm, because “It's important to me to utilize the expert support that this office offers to better service all of my customers.” Jim’s professional goal is to “find the right property and get it right”. Jim gets it right when it comes to his personal life as well. “I'm out almost everyday doing what I like most, which may be snow/water skiing, hiking, biking, snow shoeing or cross country skiing. It's all within our reach.”
