Passionate and driven, Jake Kellames brings more than a decade of full-time real estate experience to his clients, along with a strong background in business ownership and operations. A Reno native, Jake combines local knowledge, industry expertise, and a results-oriented approach to help clients navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence and clarity!

Jake spent nearly 10 years with Stitser Properties and is also the owner of Sierra Waste Solutions, giving him a well-rounded perspective in sales, management, and problem solving. He holds both CRS and CREN designations and is known for his ability to communicate clearly, anticipate challenges, and provide practical solutions throughout every transaction.

Clients value Jake’s straightforward approach, strong listening skills, and commitment to doing things the right way the first time. He is motivated by helping others build financial freedom through real estate and takes pride in being a trusted advisor clients can rely on.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting, Jake remains closely connected to his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for HDTPA and volunteers with the Reno Rodeo.

Outside of real estate, Jake enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and competing in ranch sorting and team penning events. Most of all, he is proud to be a dad and an entrepreneur, and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.
