Kaia’s background in coaching and customer service has taught her the importance of listening, adaptability, and putting people first. As a gymnastics and former cheer coach, she has helped athletes work through challenges, build confidence, and achieve personal goals, an approach she now carries into real estate with patience and encouragement.

Known for her transparency, responsiveness, and positive attitude, Kaia is committed to keeping clients informed and supported throughout every step of the process. Growing up with technology and social media also gives her a strong understanding of digital platforms, current trends, and creative ways to market and connect with today’s buyers and sellers.

Outside of real estate, Kaia enjoys hiking, lake days, pickleball, spending time with friends and family, and taking walks with her dog. After 11 years as a competitive cheerleader, staying active remains an important part of her life.
