"After many years of hunting for a home between Tahoe or Truckee with multiple different realtors, I decided to switch to Kylee and focus my house hunt in on my specific neighborhood. At the time, California had just instituted new rules about realtor agreements and it was confusing and a little intimidating as I've never bought a home before. Kylee earned my business vs another realtor because of her patience and communication helping me understand the process and being flexible working with me on a home by home basis. My house hunt was a tricky one as I decided I only wanted to be in a small radius area on the west shore, limiting our options to a very small pool of homes.
