Intentional and resilient, Kiran Johal brings a disciplined, business-focused approach to real estate built on preparation, transparency, and care for her clients. As the founder of Meraki Moves Dance Academy, she spent eight years building and leading a successful business, developing strong skills in organization, communication, and client service.

With a background in business, economics, and accounting, Kiran approaches each transaction with structure, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset. She earned multiple associate degrees from Sierra College and is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Cal State East Bay.

Kiran is known for her positive energy, responsiveness, and proactive communication. Clients appreciate her ability to reduce stress, protect their interests, and keep the process organized from start to finish. She is motivated by the trust placed in her and committed to delivering a confident, informed experience.

Based in Rocklin, Kiran is a California native, the eldest of four siblings, and an active community member who volunteers with the Sikh Temple. Outside of real estate, she enjoys fitness, dance, golf, music, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
