Oswaldo “Ozzie” Sanchez was born and raised throughout the High Sierra and knows the territory well. Throughout his career he has been involved in the hospitality business as a Maître D’, Sommelier and restaurant consultant with some of the region’s finest establishments. During the course of time, Ozzie has welcomed customers from around the world through his bilingual communication skills and trained hundreds of employees along the way. “Exceptional service starts and ends with ‘the solution.’ When a situation arises, I look at the positive, work my way through and move on. There are always solutions to any problem, and that is my focus, to find a happy and successful outcome.” Offering this level of service to his clients comes naturally to Ozzie who has experienced and succeed through the ebb and flow of the economy.
