"We recently bought a home in Washoe Valley thanks to Patrick, and we couldn't be happier with him! Patrick went above and beyond the entire way through the process. He is really easy to work with. He always responded quickly to questions, and his responses were always extremely detailed. For example, we were curious about how windy it actually gets in Washoe Valley, so Patrick researched the subject and gave us an entire report on the local weather patterns and even found a map with the typical wind speeds broken down by neighborhood. He also helped us find a new lender when we weren't happy with the direction we were going with the one had at the time. Patrick helped us with all the inspections, from coordination to follow ups. We weren't local to the area, so he was happy to be on site when the inspections happened.
