Sean Gray has a notable background with invaluable insight and real estate market knowledge that he acquired from his grandfather, Buzz Davis, who started Agate Bay Properties in 1947. As time went on, the subject of buying and selling property was a common theme throughout his life. Sean is exceptionally proud to continue this tradition of sharing his extensive wealth of resources and market knowledge with his clients through the Lake and beyond. His top priority is to share his incomparable, legendary experience to help them fulfill his client's hopes and dreams. “I am here to help my clients build their own legacy to share with their family today and generations to come.” He also owns a brokerage where he sells real estate in the form of a vacation rental brokerage. Creating and running the company has provided him with a broader understanding of investing in real estate and whether his clients’ purchases make good financial sense. As a lifelong resident of the Sierra, Sean is one of the region’s strongest advocates who enjoys biking, skiing, and camping in the great outdoors.
