"I had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Trish and Peter and they have my strongest possible recommendation, and I will absolutely use them again to buy or sell in the future. My journey for a home lasted almost a full year, and Trish and Peter were there with me every step of the way. They knew I was picky and looking for something very specific, and they were extremely patient with me. I lost count of all the homes we looked at, but throughout the process Trish and Peter were always happy to show me more. I always felt like they wanted me to be happy and find the home that was right for me, and they seemed to genuinely care far more about doing a good job for me than they did about making a quick sale to get a commission. In fact, when I thought I had found 'the one' - Trish and Peter actively talked me out of bidding on it. They felt that it needed too many repairs and was far overpriced, and they were right. In the end I found a home that I like more, in a better location, and that will overall work better for me. When searching for a home, I communicated mostly with Trish, and she was lightning fast in responding to e-mails and texts (including late into the night).
