New Recruit Training. New agents get invaluable on-site group training in a program designed to build their knowledge and confidence, with courses taught by senior management and top Chase International brokers, interactive sessions, role-playing and other vehicles to help rookies learn every aspect of the business. These intensive sessions also demonstrate how technology can enhance agents' effectiveness through computer education.
Ongoing Training. Both new and seasoned agents can sharpen their technology, negotiating, presentation techniques and other skills via advanced seminars relevant to the marketplace. Many classes qualify for Continuing Education credit and national certification.
