Worldly and welcoming to any challenge that comes her way, Marian Huish brings an international understanding of what it takes to negotiate her way through some of the industry’s most difficult transitions. Prior to her career in real estate, Marian worked for the United States Agency for International Development where she managed projects in less-developed countries with a diversity of foreign government agencies and non-profit organizations. “Having lived, worked and volunteered in over 35 countries, I’ve become very sensitive to and aware of how cultural differences can impact communication and business relationships.” For over a decade, Marian was based in Washington D.C. where she successfully closed transactions for residential and commercial properties for her clients from throughout the world. Coming from the aggressive D.C. Market, Marian knows how to prepare her clients to compete in multiple offer situations and to price homes right in a fast changing market … which is an appropriate pace for Marian. As an endurance athlete, by nature, she is highly competitive and perseveres to consistently exceed her clients’ expectations. Always one to help others before herself, Marian is the first to offer her time, treasures and talent to those who need them most through Chase International’s Incline Village office.
