The Reno-Tahoe luxury home market continues to move along in 2019, moderating from last year’s trend in line with expectations. As summer begins to wane, Chase International is pleased to report the following significant luxury property sales.
On Tuesday, July 30, 2019, Chase International expanded its property management division, opening a new office in Minden, Nevada. Bill Chernock, Executive Director at the Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce, officiated at the ribbon-cutting ceremony as Shari Chase, Founder and CEO, and Josh Villalobos, Property Manager Broker, performed the ceremonial scissor-cut.

The Reno-Sparks real estate market saw a small decline in sales the first half of 2019. Overall sales volume dropped four percent, and the number of homes sold dropped six percent. Carson Valley home sales volume was up three percent, while median home prices rose by five percent.
