We had another strong month selling luxury property here at Chase International.
“The east shore of Lake Tahoe had three sales over $1 million,” said Corporate Broker Sue Lowe, “and Chase had the most expensive sale for the month in this area at $5,250,000. Truckee had 22 sales over $1 million, Tahoe City had seven, Incline Village had 11, and Reno had 12 sales over $1 million. These are strong numbers considering that we’re in our shoulder season.”

Turning into D’Andrea Marketplace, I didn’t know what to expect visiting Chase International’s Sparks office for the very first time. On the outside, it seemed Tuscan. But walking through the door early one morning, I found myself someplace completely different—a vibrant, contemporary space.
My eye went right to the bold orange wall with the brushed steel logo that welcomes every visitor, then drifted to the workspaces beyond. Cream-colored ceilings and exposed beams, neutral tones with pops of orange and low walls for easy collaboration gave a sense of warmth, life and space. (more…)
Though still a seller’s market for average-priced homes, the Reno luxury real estate market slightly favors buyers as we close out October, 2018.
21 properties over $1 million sold in the Reno-Sparks area of Nevada that month, 3.4% of all properties sold. This represents a 40% increase over units sold in September, 2018. (more…)
