Example: If welcoming someone who arrives at the office stand up, extend your hand and thank them for coming in today. Introduce yourself and ask for their name. Immediately offer them refreshments using their name and follow-up with asking what you can do for them today.
STEP 2:
When meeting with clients warmly ask open-ended questions to fully learn and understand all of their needs and values. Take note of what's most important to them and use that to guide what you do next.
STEP 3:
Based on their needs and values present a solution that includes actionable items both they and you can do right now.
STEP 4:
Listen fully and resolve issues or concerns. Acknowledge any doubts, concerns, or hesitations that they have and offer solutions or clarification.
STEP 5:
End every interaction with a warm farewell and an open invitation to return.

SkySlope is our Document Center with customized checklists that will house all your Listing and Escrow transactions. SkySlope's log keeps a digital footprint of everything that is done within the platform. This includes all emails from any party associated with the transaction. This digital footprint ensures that there will be no future discrepancies about a closed transaction.

ShowingTime is a professional showing service that provides efficient scheduling and higher feedback response rates. Once your listing is active on MLS, it will sync over to ShowingTime so the Receptionist can monitor and schedule the requested showing appointments for you and your clients. All agents must enter the showing instructions for all their listings into ShowingTime as this information does not always transfer over from MLS.

The prestigious "Mayfair Letter" is one of the most successful and powerful listing aids available to realtor today. What better way to impress your seller or prospective seller than to send them a letter from your London office? Individually addressed and sent on the finest letterhead, sellers will not think of this as junk mail! The London postmark and Royal Mail sticker will make sure it is opened � fast. Even the envelope features the London skyline and, because our paper and letterhead is a different size and shape to that of the recipient, they know it has genuinely come from London.
You can choose to send a pre-listing letter to a listing you are trying to secure or a new listing letter to the one you have just listed. This is the perfect tool to let the seller know you have already been in contact with our London affiliation.
The letter is usually sent airmail (at no cost to you) and arrives within three to four days. If the listing is key, then we can send it by Fed Ex at a charge. We typically charge this to your account to expedite the process.
Due to COVID and delayed International mail sending your Mayfair Letter via email is recommended.

You will receive an invoice on the last day of the month and have 10 days to review before the auto payment is processed
