I really like this place...It has so much to offer for the great price. The home was completed in 2017 and is really in nice overall shape. A large covered porch/patio, and a great rear concrete patio make this place ready to enjoy from day 1. There are several sheds/outbuildings, a well shed, and additional storage on-site. The property is fenced, with additional garden fencing. There is ample room to park, develop, and create the perfect homestead to enjoy. The house sits very well on the lot, and there is so much useable space. With a wood fence along the roadway, this is very private and feels some-what secluded, although the road to the drive-way is paved. The kitchen has solid surface counter-tops, upgraded cabinetry, and all finishes are modern and tasteful. The small home is cozy, and with a smaller footprint can really make insurance rates easier. This one you need to see for yourself. The local fire-station is just up the road. Road name is misspelled on Public Records and this has transferred to the listing.
