Have repaired roof, and other cosmetice fixups dur to tenant damage and wear. Peoperty sold AS IS..not repapairs part of this offereing. Big yard and garage with driways access...including security fences. Can report no/limited security issues at the property since 1990...did have propblem with ex tenent spouse..
