An RV/boat garage, storage building, and workshop provide ample room for tools, toys, and equipment. The barn accommodates four (4) horses with plenty of storage and work area, adjacent to the irrigated pasture and also houses the 50 cows included in the sale. Water is never a concern, with a 200 ft well and a 25,000-gallon water tower supplying the property. Fruit trees dot the landscape, including cherries, apricots, apples, pecans, oranges, lemons, peaches, and more. Come see it for yourself, a true private resort awaiting its next owner.
